Do you know where I can buy raspberries (no, not at Coles (125g for $8)) at reasonable prices? I haven't been to Paddy's Markets yet, but I suddenly got an urge for raspberries last night, and now I can't seem to get them out of my mind.

Thanks in advance!

Paddys is your best bet, I get all my fruit from there. Flemington branch is super cheap if you can get to it.

Your local asian mini market might have them for cheaper than coles if not.

Might be out of your way but Parklea Markets is another option. Urge for raspberries. You must be pregnant. Or weird.

Raspberries are out of season. Expect to pay if you want them.

Is Paddy's expensive compared to Woolworths or Coles?

I did. Coles charged me $4.50c for a 125g box in February. I don't know, but that reeks of a rip-off to me - which is why I created this thread.

Coles/Safeway are not affordable places to do one's shopping, fruit and veggie-wise.

Its much cheaper, and you can haggle. I couldnt tell you the exact price of raspberries though.

Like someone said though, its only for seasonal produce. If its imported it'll be expensive wherever you buy it.

If you buy them frozen, you can get 500g at that price.
