Default Things to do when leaving

As many of us are looking to leave shortly how about we get together to create a defining list of things to do when we leave

Such as

1) Redirect post
2) Let gas/elec/water know about cancellation
3) Give in notice of resignation (yeah)
4) ???

open oz bank account
Deal with finances, decide action
sell stuff
open PO Box to redirect mail
copies of medical records
unlock mobiles
deal with tax return/forms
get school reports
cancel subscriptions
check life insurance
get proof no claims bonus
get credit records
references - work and bank

lots to do......and that covers leaving, not arriving!
