Things to do in Joondalup WA

Hi, we expect moving to the Joondalup area in July or August and would appreciate some advice. We passed through Joondalup a few times last year but apart from a lovely leisure centre we were unable to see much else to do for kids. For example, what other sports clubs, kids clubs and activities available - my husband says there will be plenty but I would to know what!! It's mainly kids clubs that I'm looking for and our hildren are all under 6. Thanks for any adice in advnce,
Lou

Plenty of clubs here, lots of different sports, martial arts, dancing etc. Best to ask around at school when you get here to get recommendations.

The leisure centre is not just swimming. They do loads of other activities too from gymnastics to soccer.

There are at least two indoor activity centre type places to keep the kids amused, Go Bananas and Neverland, both in Winton Road!

Hi Lou, Same as the other posts, There's loads Ranging from BodyBoarding/Surfing Rugby, Athletics etc...... Down to Piano & Harmonica lessons The kids will never have to touch a XBox or watch Tv again. Enjoy Joondalup, It's Beautiful. Good Luck. Paul

I have the guide from Craigie leisure centre in front of me at the moment. I am sure Joondalup is about the same. it has

Classes for babies, toddlers and children including

kindy gym, music and movement, ballet, toddler bop, soccer, hip hop and playing with clay. Gutar classes, arts and crafts, badminton, basketball, netball as well as the pool and swimming lessons.
