Nice pics though, the falls where a trickle last time I went, did you do the rafting on the Tully river, that was one of the highlights for me

Fantastic photos. Brings back memories of when we went to Cairns a couple of years ago. We did the train ride to Kurunda too.

So excited.....have booked flights to Cairns, landing on the 15th July flying home the 19th (Mark has to work unfortunately). So what can we do in just 4 short days???? Fitzroy island day excursion is a definate as is the Kurandah rail and rainforest tour (amp duck thingy looks good). Any other suggestions Bixy???

Firstly I'd say consider going to Green Island rather than Fitzroy.
Fitzroy is more the unspoilt wilderness type place but little to do there except walk.
Depends what you all like to do of course.

If coffee intolerant, try a day on any beach north to Port Douglas.
WW
