Camera is at the ready! ... altho as you say maybe it's the wrong time, but so far it seems impressive!

Still, in 10 weeks or so I haven't seen or heard anything like this yet. Some serious rain, but even that's prob nothing like the summer I guess.

Ok. If you weren't aware, during a storm, half of a hill (landfill site and then built on)above the sanctuary, slipped, leaving several houses jutting out over. Bad enough for people to be forcably removed in case they went over.
