I think its definitely worth checking out the Irish pubs! Its a great magnet for all those from Ireland and the UK. Was out in Melbourne recently and met LOADS from Ireland (north and south), Liverpool, etc. Best of luck

. I think the waiting is the most stressful part 
Having said that, once you get here it all seems like a distant memory. We're here 7 months already and can't see us going back - EVER!

yeah, loads... Good old spot and plenty craic about the place. We have loads of mates from all over the UK, being Irish or Scottish or English is only something to slag each other off about.... Most people are of the opinion that, while proud of their roots, they ain't going back if they can help it!!
Get over here, the water is lovely!
(Not as many tracksuits as Tallaght though, so if you love a good trackie, don't bother!!)

We are from Northern Ireland Co Antrim........... there is an Northern Ireland thread in the Barbie section with people from north and south who have immigrated......
We have been in Perth for 14 weeks now.....
Good luck with the visa process its a long and stressful process but worthit when you get here

The dark knight im irish lmao .There is teh irish club in subiaco rosie 0`Gradys in perth and in freo there is also the shed paddy malones in joondalup .We r out there but we r hard to find lol .Also get used to people saying "top of the morning to ya" dunroamintheuk we don`t say that in ireland and we all are`nt alcos and we all don`t fight well only after a day on teh guinness lmao
