Default Are there any science teacher jobs?

Hi,

My partner and I qualify for visas and we are both science teachers but we don't know where to start to look for jobs. Are there teaching jobs in the private sector? Can you still get employed whilst still in the UK. We don't want to go through the visa process if there are no opportunities. We would llike to be within an hour of a major city. Any advice? Many thanks.

There are not many people who manage to find employment when they are still in the UK and before they even have a visa lined up. Most of us have made the leap of faith, why would we not get a job after all.

There are children in Australia that need to be taught science, same as in UK. You didn't have a guarantee before you invested all your time and money in studying for a teaching degree either I assume. Might be time to be bold.

Hi there

We were granted our permanent residence visas extremely quickly mainly for the fact we have relatives in Australia and my husband is a secondary school teacher.

Have a look at this website and you may get a better idea of what jobs are around.

http://www.seek.com.au/

Hope that helps some!
