Does anyone know of any Farm Shops/Farmers Markets near Perth.

I buy most of my fruit/veg at our local one and they do PYO as well so would like to do the same in Oz.

I think I read about a Strawberry PYO and also that Fremantle has Farmers Markets but I can't remember any details.
