hi guys & girls
just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who advised me a couple of weeks ago when i was stressing about the bond money that we will have to find to gain the extra points! After a few weeks mulling over what to do, i finally spoke to a 'trusted' financial consultant and yesterday he arranged for us to remortgage with no arrangement fee, tie in's, etc. and he said the money needed will be in our bank within a fortnight, so at least that is one worry off my mind!

thanks sandra, so bloody relieved, going to cost a bit more in monthly repayments but at least its not a major worry!

really pleased things going better for you now and as Debsy says exchange rate a bonus, come on 2.7, not being greedy or optimistic or anything

Glad you have sorted the money out Rach, must be a big relief !
Have you got a date in mind , when you want to go by?
We are planning to go in nov 2005, and think we will seriously think about putting our house on the market early, and moving into a rented property for the last few months... ( this selling lark sounds really stressfull !!)

Good luck with the house sell !!

(shoudent be a problem in sunny Poole )

yeah its a big relief believe me!
we are hoping to go the first week of September but it will all depend on the sale of the bungalow, keep your fingers crossed for me please!
