Default Term- medical condition

Hi there ...am hoping someone might be able to help.
Being only at the TRA stage and having looked on DIMA's website (and read about medicals and what you need to take with you to the medical)can anyone tell me whether:
Firstly- you have to take all your medical notes with you?
Secondly- where it states "notes on medical conditions" is there a list of what constitutes this and does this include depression/stress?

Thanks M J

you have to enter details of ALL medical conditions that relate to you. Its also worth taking a letter from your doc describing any condition and what medication you are on, as this will be asked for. You dont take ALL your medical notes

Good luck

Hi Biggy, Thank you for answering.
Just to clarify, you fill in the form disclosing any medical conditions and do i understand correctly that you have to take with you a doctors letter confirming what you write or do Dima write to your doctor themselves?

you take a letter from your doctor when you go for your medical, as the panel doc would prolly ask you to get more info anyways so it just saves on any delays sending the meds back to DIMA
