Quick question. I noticed from one estate agents 100 points requirement that they give 30 points to a reference from a qualified accountant. Well both my wife and I have a friend who is such an accountant working for PWC in the UK. So my question is can it be a friend who works as a qualified accountant? Or are they referring to people who are perhaps self employed and therefore have an accountant doing their books etc? Presuming the answer is yes to using a friend, is it ok that they are UK based, albeit with an internationally renowned accountancy firm?
