Legally yes, is it a concrete or fibreglass pool?

Hi Kaz.

Who built your pool? Sundollar on the Gold Coast did ours and they supplied temporary fencing, which was added onto the price of the contract. I think it was about $400.

We had our pool built by Burleigh Pools and they arranged the temp fencing which came from someone else - will look though our paperwork, see if the company is named or not.

Ours came with the pool company (in the price) but it was $300 for 30 days if you went over the contacted time. It came from a Brissy company and I remember it had CAP fencing on the posts.. cant remember the full name........sorry

Just gone through our paperwork but they're not named. Had a quick look in the Yellow Pages and the only people I can find that hire out are ... wait for it..... Temporary Fence Hire in Currumbin - 0418 666 619 or www.tfh.com.au :D

as far as I am aware ..........as long as the hole/pool is not full of water all u need are metal posts and some of that orange plastic netting stuff, and a sign up saying danger pool in progress. The house accross the road from us had a concrete pool put in over a year ago and thats all it has round it.....house not complete yet and pool empty.
