Default Teletext holidays, UK...whats the equivalent in Aus??

Hiya

When we were in the UK we booked all our holidays thru Teletext Holidays, online. Real cheap bargin prices. Eg All inclusive in Turkey for £300 each for two weeks and so on. Is there a similar bargain holiday shop online for aussies? We are keen to travel to Bangkok and Langkawi?? Not that we are desparate to leave this beautifu place (mooloolaba!!).

Thanks

Dream on - there simply isn't the same kind of competition in the Australian market. Your best bet is the travel section of your local newspaper. There is also Yahoo travel and lastminute.com. All a lot quicker than trawling through pages of teletext looking for holidays which are more often than not already booked when you ring up!

Most holidays you will need to organise yourself - there are not many package holidays. You first locate a cheap air fair then organise the accommodation etc... I think that one or two Island's of Brisbane have a resort style place where kids go free and things are inclusive.
