Tel No ???????????help

Tel No ???????????help
I`m trying to call TRA in QLD , the number i have is
(07) 3223 1425 Do i need to just put 0061 in front of that ??? i`ve tried and it says the No has not been recognised , but i`m pretty suer it`s the right ( i got it off the web and it was also on one of my letters back from the agency)
I`m trying to call now so ans ASAP answer would be much apperciated

Don't use the 0 in front of the 7.
The number is engaged at the moment

Just tried that , thanks anyway
Did you phone just to check for me or were you calling anyway ?
Do you know if it`s one of those numbers thats always busy or is it just a coincidence ?

Trades Recognition Australia ... i`m going to Perth in Feb and i`m trying to sort out my ARTC (Australian Recognised Work Certificate ) which i will need to get a job , however the TRA office for WA is in Brisbane (could it be any further)
I`ve a few questions i need to ask them , i`ve tried the searches but no luck..
