Techy question about PM's.......
Firstly, I'm completely computer illiterate, so please bear with me...switch off now if necessary.... 
Can any kind soul please tell me how to include a picture (that I have in my PC's pictures file) to someone, via a PM?
Have a mate I'd like to send a pic to, so she knows who shes talking to!!!
