Tax Year 2006-07 for Temp.Visa holders

Tax Year 2006-07 for Temp.Visa holders
Can anyone tell me whether the Tax exemption for overseas assets for Temporary visa holders for above noted year came into place, and does it include SIR VISA holders?
Also would this include a company pension being paid into Australian bank account monthly?
