Default Tax situation when renting an Australian property whilst residing in the U.K

Hi,

Just a quick question. What would my tax situation be if I returned to the U.K to reside and rented out my property here in Australia? I have dual U.K/Australian citizenship if that makes any difference. Would I be subject to a higher Australian taxation rate on the rental income because I reside outside of Australia? I would love to hear from anyone in a similar situation.

Cheers
