You should get quite a bit of tax back, though it depends what you earn and what time of year you leave. Because you are taxed as if you are there for the full year, your monthly tax will be based on the marginal tax rates that you would hit if you earned a full year's salary. If you leave half way thru the year, you have only earnt half of that salary for the year. You will therefore have been paying tax in higher tax brackets than you should have and you will basically get refunded the difference.
To work out roughly how much you get back, calculate how much tax you would pay annually on the actual money that you will earn in that year. You will get rebated beteen what tax you have paid and what tax you would have paid.
i.e Annual Salry £100,000 - Annual Tax Bill £x
Leave half way thru year so ttoal earnings are £50,000
Annual Tax Bill for £50,000 = £y
You get refunded £x-y
