Hi all

Would very much appreciate any help on this query please.

If you arrive part way through the tax year and you are classed as a Resident for Tax Purposes, is foreign income earnt in that tax year, but prior to arriving and being resident, taxable and need to be declared? I presume only foreign income earnt post arrival would need to be declared?

I'm afraid that since it's 12 years since we arrived I can't remember, but it was quite logical and both tax offices were helpful. Just ring them.
