Help!!

I arrived in MArch on working holiday worked and paid alot of tax! (dont we all)
I want to claim tax back, online on etax it says im a resident after a questionaire, when i call them they say im not!

i want to claim back tax paid, but cant figure it out as one thing says one thing and they say something else!

so where do i stand?
would u recomend a tax back agent eg an accountia? or someone else?

also if i earned under $6,000 will i get it all back?
