Default Tamawood homes

Has anyone had any recent experience with Tamawood homes (aka Cut Price Homes)? We have been offered a house package with them which seems very reasonable (about $120k "turn key" price for a 4 bed house). Any opinions good or bad - and is there anything in particular we should look out for in the contract?
Thanks
Martyn

Hi ,

We used them to build our house a few years back, they where really good with us on time and no faults with the work.

But I have been told it really depends on what builder you get, Tamawood subcontract the work to a given builder I think if you get one of the more expensive packages you can choose the builder.

Thanks for the info - we went and saw them today and the salesman at least seemed great.... In fact he pointed out some hidden flaws with the land we were looking at so probably saved us a bundle!!!
