Taking money from UK to OZ
 

Hi,
When you enter oz is any money you take with you taxable, reason is we would sell our house but we have three other houses that we rent out. Could we keep renting them out while we are in oz until we are sure we would stay then sell them and bring the money, over as when we sell them we would be liable to tax in the uk would we then have to pay more tax when it got to oz.
obviously I will seek proffesional help but at the moment i am just curious as I would not want to sell before leaving as if we came back we would have nothing left here.
