Default Sydney Newcomers

New to Sydney or been here yonks....Sydney Newcomers is a social club which admittedly has plenty of expats from the UK, US, South Africa, HK etc, etc, but also has a fabulous mix of Australians who are interested in expanding their friendships & trying something new.

Just put 'Sydney Newcomers' in your Facebook search for more info .

Plenty of new events and activities planned for 2010 - membership is open to all ages and all nationalities. You don't even have to be a newcomer to be in Newcomers!

The Club is 'located' in the lovely Hills District of Sydney, but we have members from around the greater Sydney area.

A very warm welcome awaits you.

Hi Caroline,
Info on the above website, but for others who are on Facebook, it means you can get updates on activities..occasionally things are planned a bit spur of the moment.

I understand you completely about Facebook...I love keeping in touch with friends through it, but it does eat into your time a bit!

Hi Ezzie, sounds great and looks a fantastic set up........but....you don't mention that your website only mentions that its a club for women.
Is it a 'women only' club?? I dont have an issue at all if it is, just want clarification and it may help others who have seen your post.

Hi Paddyo, I'm seeking clarification on this one....however, we definitely do have chaps, they're just all in the form of spouses. Amongst our female-type activites are plenty of mixed/family social events. Even some 'blokes only' such as the upcoming Poker Night.

There sure is!
All paid-up members receive newsletters which provide full details of events.

In the meantime, if you make contact via the website by sending an email to: [email protected] someone will get back to you.

A basic outline of what's coming-up is provided on Sydney Newcomers Facebook page...
