Sydney house rentals.....
My husband and I have been here for a couple of weeks now, at husband's employers expense, and are currently rental hunting (dog in quarantine currently), do with both need to apply in person - bearing in mind husband has started work already?
I am mainly house hunting, with job hunting thrown in as an aside.

No you both do not to be there to view or apply, but both of you will be required to supply all the details that come with signing a rental lease. Earnings, ID, references etc etc
