I'll wear a stretcher so that the St Johns (equiv?) can pick me straight up where ever I fall.

14km uphill is a fair hike actually for someone as fitness shy as myself. I have done several stints of running of late though so I mght do it in 2 chunks with a 5 minute stroll in the middle.
