Yes and no. Everyone seemed to really like the pub. But I think some people are a bit excluded from the expats if it's in North Sydney.

I think the issue is that the CBD drinks is for those working in the CBD, or near, and want a drink with fellow expats after work before going home. I love pubs and I am sure there are great ones everywhere, but, if we start to expand into the suburbs to please a certain geographical group then that WILL exclude others.
Its not easy pleasing everyone and I am not as regular as I used to be, but it is nice to have the choice. My situation is fairly unique so I wouldn't bother too much about MY needs so I was trying to answer objectively.

It might be only me who works way out West?! But it's obviously better if somewhere is near transport? That's all really.... I know I've not been for a while but if I do come I get train out West and back in, it's getting home too with not too much bother!
