Sydney CBD Thursday Evening Drinks 28/02/08
Last week was the 'traditional British drinking' den at the Royal George Hotel - obviously designed by Stevie Wonder, or somebody else who had never seen the inside of a typical British drinking pub. Even the dart board was virtual! Still the free pool made up for it, and it was pretty late when we finally vacated the premises.
So, what does anybody fancy this week? Still on the cards from the last couple of weeks remains the Hero of Waterloo in The Rocks, or any other suggestions...

Apologies if you've already been there but my favourite Sydney pub was always The Lord Dudley In Woolahra.

Guys, had some terrible news about a staff member at work this week so will not be coming on Thursday, look forward to seeing you next week.

Aha, we would have been late - just realised, that I've been thinking of the Fortune of War all this time!!! And that the Hero is the one round the back. Thankfully this came to me or we'd have been sitting in the pub on our own for quite some time!

Yep, i will be there this week (for more than 2 mins). Have shaken off illness and look forward to a few scoops. Loving this rain eh!
