Hello All

Sorry but more of my "get involved or go home" annoyance for you I am afraid.

I love the cinemas and missed all the Somerset House Outdoor cinemas (those who know London) this summer so I am thinking lets try arrange an outdoor cinemas meet-ups & drinks night.

We have a few options to suit all tastes although I will probably go to them all been as I love cinema and film.

Ferris Buellers Day Off. (A must see before you die film).
Date: Time: 6:30 pm

Does not have to be this date / film happy to change.

I love the moonlight cinema. Actually saw Ferris Buellers there last year. Classic movie.

The setting of the Centennial Park cinema is great.
My two recommendations are to ensure you get a beanbag (or take your own decent chair), and take some insect spray.

I'd love to come along this season but have new kid on the way so I dont see it happening too often!

I went to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show there some years back - it was good fun, but mosquito repellent definitely required.

Not a fantastic line up of shows - I was personally hoping for Die Hard on Christmas Eve - arguably the best Christmas movie ever made - yet it is never shown as such

Well I have had no takers so far (I must smell) but "Sydney's Moonlight Cinema is located at Belvedere Amphitheatre, Centennial Park (on the corner of Loch Avenue & Broome Avenue) Paddington. Enter the cinema via Woollahra Gates on Oxford Street" or in English the far corner of the park near Bondi Junction.

Outdoor cinemas are ace. Centennial park is a bit far for me as I go to the starlight cinema as its just a 15 min walk from my place and I can smuggle in my own spirits without much hassle. Enjoy
