Sussex Meeting (lets get together)
Hi guys,
About a year an a half ago i organised a meeting in Brighton. I was in the process of making my application but due to personal reasons i had to put it all on hold..
I am now ready to make the move, and would love to organise another meeting. We all had a great time, it was a chance for people to meet and put faces to names. It is also a chance to talk to other people who are in the same boat, ask questions and generally have a good time and talk about Australia.
I am based in Brighton which is in East sussex. If anyone is interested please let me no. We can arrange a suitable place, it does not have to be in Brighton. once i no the level of interest we can work out a venue, date etc that would suit all.

I'd be up for meeting. I live in Burgess Hill.........but will be in Oz on holiday 22nd March to 13th April so don't meet then !.......how about late Feb or early March ?
PS.....I have 3 boys so need to either bring them somewhere suitable or get a baby sitter.

Hi,
We could be interested, depending on the date, (due to hubby's work).
We are going to brisbane later this year (Aug/Sept) all depending on house sale.
We have two children (boy--4 years old) & (girl--2 years old)
We live in Hastings.

We are interested too. We are three (my wife Pat and 3yr old Indigo) - depends on date though. 13th March is the central london meet (and as I'm organising it up it would be a good idea for me to go), the week later Sandown meet.
So early March or early April would suit us best as our flights are booked for early May.

Hi all, It seems like we have a few who will be interested, but would like to know a date. so may i suggest the date FRIDAY 18th MARCH.
We need to find a place / venue which is going to suit everybody, so any suggestions???
THE MORE PEOPLE THAT CAN GET TOGETHER THE BETTER THE EVENING WILL BE, REMEMBER IT'S A CHANCE FOR PEOPLE TO MEET OTHERS WHO ARE GOING THROUGH THE LONG PROGRESS OF MIRGRATION.
PUT FACES TO NAMES.
WE DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE THE MEETING IN BRIGHTON, SOMEWHERE IN SUSSEX.

Brighton is a nightmare for parking on a Friday isn't it ?....what about a large-ish pub (Harvester) somewhere......?

Hi Lynn,
We will be up for a meet at some point. We are away a few weekends over the next few weeks.
I will follow the post and see if we can make it the night organised. We have a young boy who is almost a year old, who is currently disrupting our Friday nights out!!
