It sounds a lot to me too. However Cottesloe to Trigg is about 15km of coastline so although it sounds a lot its very spread out.

Hi
I live just outside Taree, on the NSW mid north coast. Beautiful area and lovely beaches...or so I thought, until I was told a 3meter great white beached itself on the beach (the next one to where we live). It was chasing salmon apparently and swam a little too close to shore!!!!
Not sure what this says about the intelligence factor!!

When we were in Oz in 2004/2005, it seemed everywhere we went there was a pointer spotted either a day before or a day after. Imagine little white Jockess being stalked by Great White!
