Default Supply Teaching pay

I will be moving to Sydney later this year on a working holiday visa. I'm not sure if I will be working in schools with children above 5 or with pre-school children in other settings, probably both. At the moment I'm a nursery teacher and have been for the last years. Does anyone know what the approximate daily pay would be for both primary and pre-school teaching - I hear that pre-school teaching is non-existant, alternatively people in these roles are called child care workers and do not need teacher qualifications, and therefore any pre-school work i do would be of a much lesser pay? Please help!
