Yeah, and they all seem to use different metrics, different reporting periods etc, which makes it even more complex to draw a meaningful conclusion.

Australian super is worth swapping to, If the OP isn't in an industry fund, he should swap immediate to reduce the fees and increase the returns. Especially if he can't withdraw it. It should double every 12 years minimum.

If definitely wont get eaten up in fees if he joins an industry fund.

It should match most property markets that you buy into, so you wont be losing anything in the long run. Unless your going back to heavy debt and high interest rates.
