Alexandra Hills is a cheaper area of the local bayside area. Possibly because it is at least 10 minutes away from the water ?

But it is still pretty central, and there are some good houses in the area. We did consider some houses there when we moved here. Victoria Point is about 15 minutes drive away.

Sunnybank Hills ? That's further inland, and I dont think I have even driven through it, so can't comment.

Sunnybank Hills is a quite a nice area actually, lots of brick and brick veneer low set homes in a reasonable shady locale. Close to good transport links and big shopping malls.

Hell, I sound like a real estate agent.

I was considering Sunnybank Hills at one point (although I ended up miles away in Kenmore).

It's quite a flat area. Lots of relatively new properties. A very nice shopping center. A large indian/chinese community(not that that should make a difference).

Where I am it's very lush, with mature gardens & trees etc. Sunnybank less so, being 'newer'.

Hope this helps a bit.
