Default Suffered exposure to Tuberculosis. Any problems in seeking jobs in Oz?

Hi All,
I would be immigrating to Oz in the next few months.
I am married. My wife has been labeled as having suffered exposure to Tuberculosis after the Medicals. And she has been asked to sign a Health Undertaking. Even myself and kids have to sign the same. None of us ever had Tuberculosis.

Once in Oz when she starts looking for employment as a school teacher would the school authorities check with the Health Authorities to know about her past medical history? She is completely healthy. But just having the medical records say that she once was exposed to tuberculosis – would this cause some problem?
Thanks.
