Hmmm, are any of those places actually in Perth? They're practically half way to Bunbury!

Nice suburbs in Perth south of the river are Applecross, Melville, Como, Kensington, South Perth, Manning, Shelley.

Try the REIWA website for a good map of Perth with suburbs colour coded to give an idea of prices and they also have suburb profiles.

Hiya

We live in Secret Harbour, moved here nearly 4 months ago, the area is lovely, it is south of the city by about a 40 minute drive (maybe 50 in morning traffic).

Its between Rockingham and Mandurah so a fair bit around.

There are some lovely people around this area who all know what its like to move and not quite be used to the way things are.

I travel up to the City for work each day and its really not a bad drive.

We're renting here at the moment a 4x 2.

If you are looking for people in the South of River/Rockingham area why not visit emi-great.com they are all local to us

Take Care

Good Luck

jo
