Like the idea of the garden furniture we did the same, thoughnot for sleeping...

For sleeping, buy inflatable mattresses for about $20 for a queen size from K Mart or Crazy Clarks until beds arrive.

lots of places, kmart, target,spotlight and ikea often have
starter kitchen boxed sets with the basics in., usually a couple of saucepans, mixing bowls, utensils -spoons grater, peeler etc they are great to get you over till arrival of container. and those shops also have plenty of very reasonably priced crockery sets too.

Thanks for that. I belive that we will now bring the important stuff........like SWMBO's perfume and make-up.

And then the first few days will be spent buying items as she packed the "only one of those" she has............
