Stressed out now - Doree Bonner only sent one packer today!!
Well - two other guys off sick so they just send one round (and that's like watching paint dry). Tried to get Adam and his Dad to pack the glasses - I said NO WAY - ring the rep. How everthing's going to be packed by 12:00 tomorrow I have no idea. Let's see what happens - but NOT HAPPY

Oh my goodness, I am so sorry!! What a horrid situation! :scared:

I am sure you will have it all packed by tomorrow! This man will just have to move faster!! You would think they have people they can call upon in situations like that?!

Get on the phone to them again. If you've paid for your items to be professionally packed...that's what you should get.
...and if the stuff isn't ready when your container arrives - the shippers will just have to foot the extra waiting time costs then won't they?
Also - if the guy is rushing make sure he's not cutting corners.

Thanks for your replies. Yes, we called and told them to sort something out -half an hour later two packers arrive from Robinsons to help!! You would have thought the chief packer would have done that though really....

We have just got the largest one in UK, possibly europe? not sure, but I love it!Did you take your time and go round slowly so that you could remember just how many varieties of stuff you can get here?
After spending 3+ years in Hong Kong my first shopping trip took almost 3 hours :scared: cos I just like to stop and stare at the shelves. Hubby was worried about me
