STNI rejection !
After totalling 110 pts on an initial assessment - over 35, I took
the path off applying for STNI with Victoria SMU. Applied early April 2003 with application form and CV. I was informed my trade
of printer (print machinist) was on the skills in demand list and my
previous experience of 17 years would put me in a strong position. Waited 5 months without a decision until I prompted an
e-mail response. The dreaded bad news quickly came soon after.
My application was rejected due to a lack of skills and experience?
Totally gutted at this decision. Has anyone else been through
the same and what did you do next.
As gaining an extra 5 points through a $100,000 govt bond is
not possible it looks like the dream was just not meant to be.
