has anyone recently applied to victoria for state nomination. If so have you received an acknowledgement from them to say they received cv and forms?:confused:

and got acknowledged on 17th feb 2003

Today one engineer got STNI nomination. It seems Industrial Panel began to answer requests.

we had an email from stni vic yesterday asking for us to scan and send by email copies of husbands trade certificates. He only has a six month certificate in bricklaying - he learnt on the job - been doing it for last 14 years, all this is on the cv and forms, seems to me they dont read them properly!

Sent CV and App to SMU for STNI on 7th April, got acknowledgement on the 8th April advising going to panel meeting if this helps.

(NB also wanted certs faxed over but only C&G's as they are classing these as trade certs)

Any update about SMU VIC nomination for STNI ?
I have been waiting for more than 4 months !!!

had another couple of emails from them this week and they advised that our app in panel meeting next week (22nd)

Have you tried emailing them, they have always been really forthcoming with any info we've needed and been really helpful.

I applied in Feb 2003 and I still did not hear anything from them.
