Stirling, Perth W.A - nice suburb?

Hi all

Were new to Perth and currently trying to narrow down a suburb to live in. We think Stirling would be a good area - any thoughts?

Ideally were looking for a nice suburbs so we can to commute to CBD on bike and have good access to train lines.

Ta! :)

Funny suburb is Stirling ...

Roselea & Princeton are obviously well presented but the suburb is bordered by a predominantly Macedonian area ... not that that is a bad thing but some of those streets are a little run down.

Too be honest ... if I could afford to live there, I'd probably go somewhere else ... Karrinyup perhaps.

I live there and I would prefer to live somewhere else. It's a good place if you're over fifty and speak Italian
