I don't remember a face. I remember a bit of a face kissing a very attractive bride though

Badge.... I remember one posted with a face but it was a looooong time ago, the face was topped off with a very fetching hat straight from McLeods Daughters and if memory serves there was a wee dog in it too.

As the other thread has been closed:

I quite liked the guy & am sad that he is dead but putting himself in the situation that he did (& always has) is tantamount to committing suicide. This is what Ray Mears told the BBC:
"Some things in nature should be left alone". "He clearly took a lot of risks and television encouraged him to do that," Mr Mears said. "The voyeurism we are seeing on television has a cost and it's that cost Steve Irwin's family are paying today."

Sounds about right to me.

Ahhhh. I remember that - I think I deleted that one after a week, those were the days when you could do that.

I thought it would eventually end in tears. Steve always liked getting upclose and personal with everything from snakes to well crocodiles. He will be greatly missed though. I always loved watching his tv show, and seeing what he going up against next. He was a well known conservationist, and I feel so sorry for his wife and child.

He'll be sorely missed.

you wrote this in the 'other' thread so why copy it to this one as well?
perhaps it would have been better suited to the relevant thread in the TIO forum.

I just wanted to add that I hope everyone that has been affected by Steve's death makes a contribution to one of his causes. It seems that he ploughed millions into the zoo/animal sanctuary when he was alive. It would be a shame to see that work suffer now he is not here to keep up the revenue coming in.

That's nothing compared to the lowlife's making jokes out of Steve's untimely death on Take It Outside....I've given up even searching for a sliver of human decency in that lot...but when you dig at the bottom of the barrel, I guess that's where you find that sh*t sticks hardest. And boy is that barrel full of sh*t.....

I could name and shame, but take a look yoursleves...it's the "Am I The First....?" Thread. Beware though, callous w***ers most of them...

Yeah, I agree...I came here to get some info on emigrating (again), but it's more and more like a playground with some of the members posting purposely to get others wound up. I think I'll resisit the temptation to get drawn into arguing with them in future....but then I love a good argument so much I don't think I can...!
