Default Statutory Declarations

Can anyone point me in the direction of a printable blank stat dec form, I saw one the other day but cannot for the life of me remember where, I know it was a link from these here forums tho!!

Try here: Stat Dec You should be able to download and print out the Word version.

Does it matter if you use a different version? The version I have used is set out completely differently!

I wouldn't think it matters too much, the version I posted is the Australian version which obviously is fmailiar to the aussies and is the one I used with my application.

I believe that in theory you dont have to use Stat Decs, you can just complete a statement of your own, but I think it looks better to use Stat Decs.
