Please help - i have had to provide stat decs for the medicals that my husbands children didnt have - i read a thread earlier on and it states that childen who are not migrating still needs medicals - well this isnt possible and stat decs have been done - the thread said that the decision could not be made at case officer level and would have to be passed to a senior and this could delay it for a few motnhs - does anyone know if this is correct
