Stat Dec Template for uk, does anyone have one??
Hi ,
i was wondering if anyone has a stat dec template for the uk , i have done a search but can only find the australian one,
i need this for migration purposes for my son whom has no father on his Birth cert, my sons father left me when i was 6mths preg and i have heard nothing from him had no money etc from the time he left me, i dont even know if he is stil alive, we was only together for a short period of time 8 mths , my solicitor said all i need to do is write a stat dec of history and that should be sufficient, just to add my son was born in 1998 and i have always had parental responsability(sorry wrong spelling i think)
please can some one help
