Smile The start ?

Ok - been looking on the forum for some guidance here, me and the wife looking at moving to Brisbane on skilled migration. Our agent tell us that we will have everything in the next couple of months (mind you heard that so many times).

Anyway as we need to keep to budget until we get jobs we need some initial accom to use as a base, whilst looking for rentals etc etc.

Has anyone done or can suggest places to stay once you get off the plane. I guessing 2-3 weeks ?? am not sure never done this thing before

Thanks everyone in advance.

Do u have a preference or an idea on the type of area you might like to stay? ie: near the city, near a particular suburb, at the beach.

Great thanks for the info - will be looking at the city or close to the city easy commute time. Just so we can establish a base, get things sorted out etc.
