Default Stamp duty in South Australia and exemptions

Hi folks,

Wondered if anyone could help. Can anyone tell me roughly what stamp duty charges in SA are and if there are exemptions ie if the house is under $300K or something.

Would be very grateful.

Cheers

There's a calculator here: http://www.revenuesa.sa.gov.au/index...tamps/fhc.html

There are no concessions at this time, and I haven't heard of any plans to introduce one.
