Question stamp duty in Queensland??

Does anybody know whether you pay stamp duty when you buy your 1st house in Oz in Queensland? I have been looking on past threads and can't seem to find out whether you do or not (hopefully not!! )
Also do you get the 1st time buyers allowance?
