Default ? stamp duty and first time home owners grant

Bought a house in June and now may have a job opportunity come up and may need to relocate to Queensland (from ACT), IF we sold the house here what happens re stamp duty and first time home owners grant (we got the $7000)? Any info would be greatly appreciated - thanks

You must live in the property for at least 6 months, otherwise you no longer meet the eligibility requirement for the FHOG and will have to pay it back.

Some concessions apply depending on circumstances. Ask the ACT office.

This applies in QLD
If your circumstances change and you are no longer able to move into your home, you must tell us.
Depending on the nature of your circumstances, you may have to pay back the grant.
But it appears in some cases you don't.
