stamp duty costs in different states

just about to buy property in gold coast and came across a stamp duty calculater property valued at $700000 stamp duty in qld $19004, victoria $39095 nsw 27170, wa 31820 this might change your mind in what state to move to. buy a house in qld and get a free jet ski
