Spouse Visa Payment
Hi All,
Just another quick question or two.
The Visa class section Part A, it mentions UF or BC do you have to put this in the box or just tick it?
Part M Payment Details
If you are paying by Credit card
Do you have to pay in AU$ or UK£ because the form states AU$

This is the form you need to send with a credit/debit card payment for a visa, it has a £ sign so I would say in pounds. On the Australia house website it also quotes visa fees in £.

UF is for provisional (temporary) spouse visa and BC is for migrant (permanent) visa. To get the BC you must have been together over 5 years or 2 years where children are involved. The charge is the same for both visas and DIMIA make the decision for you.
